- Please note that this is NOT a request for quotes or proposals. The Government is seeking Information for market research purposes only. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 3, Network Contracting Office (10N3NCO) is currently conducting a market survey for firms capable of providing the following service: The VA Hudson Valley Health Care System requires Preventive Maintenance and repair services for the Steris equipment listed below. This includes inspections, repairs, same day emergency repairs, parts, calibration of equipment to conform to factory specifications, and two preventive maintenance visits per year. If a solicitation is posted in conjunction with this Sources Sought announcement, the Government intends to solicit for a firm fixed price contract for a base period plus 4 (four) one year options. Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, transportation, supervision and parts, necessary to provide full maintenance and repair services, to include preventative maintenance and inspections for the Steris equipment below. The equipment is located at VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System/Montrose Campus 2094 Albany Post Road, Montrose, NY 10548-1454. The purpose of this notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification/socioeconomic status (service-disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, HUB Zone, 8(a), small business or large business), relative to NAICS 811219. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Responses to this notice should include company/individual name, a service capability statement, examples of similar facilities for which you have provided services to, proof of capably, certification. DUNS number, address, point of contact and social-economic category (ex:SBVOSB, VOSB, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, EDWOSB, Small Business).
