Description
Request for Quote (RFQ) US Naval Facilities Engineering Command Northwest (NAVFAC NW) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Number: 1-A-8 Synopsis: This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W913E5-16-T-0016 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541690, which has a size standard of $15.0 million dollars. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) has a requirement for data validation services on the results of a large scale oil characterization and remediation project. Please reference the attached RFQ for the Performance Work Statement (PWS), as well as all applicable provisions and clauses. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the tasks as described in the PWS. Technical: To be determined technically acceptable, the offeror's proposal must include the following: 1. Receipt of required accreditation (to be verified by Navy RPM); and 2. Affirmation of the offeror's ability to meet the required turnaround time (15 business days) for each batch of data delivered into their custody. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The period of performance is intended to be 19 June 2016 - 31 October 2016. Please provide responses to this notice, no later than 9 June 2016, 5PM, Central Standard Time (CST) to: Kim.D.Roberson@usace.army.mil Telephone responses will not be accepted. *Note: In order to be eligible for award of a Government contract, vendors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), have no active exclusions, and complete representations and certifications. This system combines data that was formerly contained in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR), Online Representation and Certifications (ORCA), and the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS).
