- Requirements: Sierra Army Depot has a requirement for blast film at five buildings. Set Asides: This procurement is for small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238390 Solicitation Info: Solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is June 1, 2016 and closes July 5, 2016 at 2:00PM PST. In accordance with FAR 5.102(d), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. Site Visit: A site visit has been scheduled for June 21, 2016 at 9:30am. Submit visitor request form to Pass and ID in accordance with the solicitation. Inquiries: All contractual and technical questions must be submitted via email to tamara.a.gage.civ@mail.mil. No telephone questions will be accepted. Questions will not be accepted within 7 days of the closure date, July 5, 2016. Notifications: Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will be posted on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to continually view this website for any amendments made to this solicitation.
