- DRAFT Statement of Work This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the capability and availability of commercial sources in providing Waste Water Plant Operation Service of Open Aeration Ponds at Sierra Army Depot, Herlong, CA. The Sierra Army Depot is seeking a source capable of providing a substitute operator, transportation, operation maintenance, monitoring, and daily testing services, and other services necessary to perform waste water treatment. The Contractor will be required to perform periodic testing and inspection work to include scheduling annual, semiannual, quarterly, and monthly test and inspections; emergency work; scheduled maintenance work, and service call work. The Contractor personnel shall be registered/licensed with/through the California State Water Resources Control Board and Regional Water Quality Control Boards as a contract Chief Wastewater Plant Operator and possess a valid operator certificate of at least a Grade 1 as issued by the California State Water Resources Control Board. See attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). Please keep in mind the SOW is only a DRAFT to give interested sources a basic idea of the requirement. The NAICS code 221320, with the Small Business Size Standard is $20.5 Million. Any interested firm capable of providing these services is requested to respond via email to tracy.l.marino4.civ@mail.mil by 5:00 p.m. PDT on June 16, 2016 to include, as a minimum: Name and Address, point of contact, business size (Small, Veteran-owned, Service-disabled veteran-owned, Small disadvantaged, Women-owned small business, or HUBZone); capability statement; and relevant past and / or current performance, in the last three years for like or similar services, held with the U.S. Army, other Government agencies, or private industry. Interested firm must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232-33. THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSE ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A SOLICIATION FOR PROPOSALS. This notice is not considered to be a commitment by the Government nor will the Government pay for information solicited. No basis for claim against the Government use of any information provided. The Government reserves the right to consider any business arrangement as deemed appropriate for this procurement.
