- Justification and Approval Purchase Description Requirements Memo The Government has a requirement for Brand Name procurement for JSCAPE MFT Software Maintenance. Please see the attached specification documents for the complete description of the requirement for the items being procured. Contract will be awarded to the bidder with the lowest price determined to be technically acceptable. All items must be addressed in your quote. Please no questions after 06 May 2016 at 8:00AM CST. If you have any questions please contact Cassandra Patton at Cassandra.d.patton2.civ@mail.mil. RFQ will end at 8:00 AM CST on 09 May 2016. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 30 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers.
