- Attachment 18 Attachment 17 Attachment 16 Attachments 1 thru 15 Solicitation W912PA-16-T-0028 MAINTENANCE OF WATERSYSTEMS AT USAG BENELUX-SCHINNEN, THE NETHERLANDS, EUROPE. The contractor shall perform all work and assume responsibility for planning, programming, adminstering, managing, and executing all functions necessary to provide the services specified in the PWS. The services consists of removal of the sediment and cleaning of boilers, cleaning of filters, setting and checking of the boiler temperatures and circulation systems, calibration of measurement instruments, taking samples and testing of the potable water on legionella and if necessary perform disinfection, testing of the potable water for chlorite, flushing of outside waterlines, inspecting/flushing of fire hoses, maintaining chlorination dosing devices, testing the water in the sprinkler tank, checking of back flow devices and completion of logbooks.The Contractor shall conduct work in accordance with this PWS and all applicable US, Dutch, European, and local laws, regulations, standards, provisions, and directives to include applicable publications. The contractor shall ensure that all work meets the level of service, performance standards, or tolerances specified in the PWS or in applicable referenced documents. OFFERS ARE DUE ON 16 MAY 16 - 11.00 HRS LOCAL TIME.
