- This combined solicitation synopsis is hereby issued. **Due dates for questions is 26 April 2016. Questions are ONLY accepted via email to the contract specialist at Jessica.e.lowe@navy.mil or via the E-commerce website. All offerors must pull all the documents off of the E-commerce portal website.** *** The Government is issuing this combined solicitation synopsis on 12 April 2016. Due date for submission is 12 May 2016. The combined solicitation synopsis and any amendments will only be available electronically on the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page at https://e-commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil/, under SSC Pacific - Open Solicitations. Matters posted on the web site are not terms of the combined solicitation synopsis unless the combined solicitation synopsis is written or amended to include such matters. FIRMS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW THE E- COMMERCE WEB SITE REGULARLY FOR UPDATED INFORMATION. *** This combined solicitation synopsis is a 100% set-aside for small business, relating the following: The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific), Program Executive Offices, MARFORCYBER Command, and Fleet Cyber Command (FCC) requires the training of military personnel and civilians, so they are properly certified and skilled on Cybersecurity. Acquisition of these training services is required in order to ensure sustainment of and consistency in contracting of services for cyber training. The cyber training services acquired in this solicitation shall provide support to develop and deliver technical courses required to meet operational standards at National-level organizations providing support to cyber security missions. The courses will be aligned to compliment on going Cyber Security technological initiatives within MARFORCYBER and FCC. Cyber training to be procured under this contract are considered commercial in nature and commercial acquisition procedures will be used. Any resulting award will be made on the basis of a trade-off analysis and the resulting contract will be a multiple-award, five- year, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract supporting issuance of firm fixed price task orders approximately every 4-6 months. Contract will contain a base period of three (3) years with two (2), one-year option periods. FSC Code is U008, NAICS is 611420.
