- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The United States Army Corps of Engineers, Army Geospatial Center (AGC) intends to enter into a sole-source Firm-Fixed-Price contract with TerraGo Technologies, Inc. for the renewal of TerraGo Software License Maintenance under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). AGC's primary goal for the contractor in this effort is to provide the required level of software maintenance to include unlimited technical support, major version upgrades, maintenance releases and hot fixes, and access to web-based resources, product documentation, and on-demand tutorials. The period of performance will be from June 30, 2016 through June 29, 2017. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 511210. Any capability statements, proposals, or quotations received by April 28, 2016 will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement.
