- The Government will be conducting a pre-solicitation conference on 21 April 2016 at 1pm CST. The focus of the conference will be structured around the evaluation process and how each vendor's proposal will be assigned its evaluation ratings. We will also discuss PWS requirement, CLIN structure, the solicitations document and the individual attachments. We encourage questions and comments from industry through the conference.
