- Sources Sought Direct Supply Electrical System Test Sets (DSESTS) System The purpose of this market survey questionnaire is to obtain information about industry capability to satisfy the US Army's Direct Supply Electrical System Test Sets (DSESTS) requirements. The Integrated Logistics Support Command is seeking feedback to determine the level of interest among qualified contractors in providing services for the repair of (DSESTS) components in the Continental United States and United States, DSESTS fault isolation down to individual components of a circuit card, troubleshooting and configuration of DSESTS.
