Description: This requirement is for clean, approved, U.S. or E.U. flag, double hull tanker with IGS and SBT that is capable of carrying a minimum of 200,000 BBLS of at least three clean petroleum products (intentions JP8 and JP5), in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. The place/range of delivery port is Algeciras, Spain and place/range redelivery Rota, Spain. 17. Laydays: Commencing: 26 April 2016 and cancel 27 April 2016. The period of performance will be about 25 days with Charterer's option to cancel after about 20 days without notice at no additional cost. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A 19. The decision to release this solicitation on an "Unrestricted" basis is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas.
