- ***THE DATES OF THE SITE VISIT, QUESTIONS DUE DATE, AND THE QUOTE DUE DATE HAVE CHANGED. PLEASE READ BELOW. THIS SUPERCEDES THE "NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES" IN THE COMBINATION SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION.*** NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES: A site visit will be held at the 673d Medical Group (5955 Zeamer Avenue, JBER, AK 99506) on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson at 2 PM Alaska Time on 28 April 2016. The site is a restricted walk area; please notify Casey Forbes, 907-580-6385, and Andrew So, 907-552-0544, no later than 2 PM Alaska Time on 25 April 2016 if the vendor will be present. Each vendor shall meet at the Boniface Gate at 1:30 PM Alaska Time on 28 April 2016. Questions shall be submitted to the following personnel: 673d Contracting Squadron/LGCC Attn: Andrew So, andrew.so@us.af.mil Please forward all questions to Andrew So, andrew.so@us.af.mil, no later than 10 AM Alaska Standard Time on 2 May 2016. Quotes are due no later than 2 PM AKDT on 5 May 2016; quotes shall include the following: a. Part 1- Technical Acceptability - Submit one (1) copy of technical acceptability narrative. b. Part 2- Price - Submit one (1) copy of price schedule as well as any additional pertinent information
