Description

DESCRIPTION: The Utah National Guard has a requirement to rent three (3) tractors and four (4) refrigerator trailers from 02 May,2016 at 07:30 AM, until 07:30 AM 24 May,2016. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W90M8L-2038-0600 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses for commercial items in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-12. This solicitation is issued as an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classifications System Code (NAICS) is 523120. SPECIFICATIONS: The USPFO for Utah has a requirement to contract for rent three (3) tractors and four (4) refrigerator trailers from 02 May,2016 at 07:30 AM, until 07:30 AM 24 May,2016. We request that those bidding on the requirement provide both tractor and the trailor as one quote we don't want quotes for the tractor only or the trailer only. This requirement needs to be available for pickup or delivery in the Salt Lake City, Ogden or Provo areas. The tractors need to be large enough to pull large refigerated trailers we are not looking for small or mediam size trailers.
