- Draft PWS This is a synopsis IAW FAR Part 5.207. Yokota Contracting Office intends to issue a solicitation for Child Psychologist Services for 374th Medical Group, Yokota Air base, Japan. The requirements includes that a child psychologist shall be responsible for and applies psychological procedures and techniques, including interviewing, behavioral assessment, cognitive- behavioral therapy, and psychological testing/psycho diagnostic testing, in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychological and neuropsychological disorders with children including conducting applied research and clinical investigations in clinical/behavioral health psychology. Please refer to the attached draft PWS for the details. The resulting contract is expected to be a Firm-fixed Price (FFP) with five-year (one base and four 1-year options) periods. Target start date is 1 Apr 17. There is no solicitation available at this time. A formal solicitation release is planned for the end of April 2016. The anticipated solicitation number will be FA5209-16-R-0014. The official release of the solicitation will be posted on the Federal business Opportunities (FBO) website located at the following address: https://www.fbo.gov/ The on-line version of the RFP will include all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of solicitation will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a proposal. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and /or other applicable documents. Tomoko Harashima is a contract admin, POC for this action.
