- N00164-16-S-NB60- SOLE SOURCE - LOW VOLTAGE, HIGH CURRENT, REGENERATIVE BATTERY TEST SYSTEM MODULES - FSC 6625 - NAICS 334515 Anticipated Issue Date 15 APRIL 2016 - Anticipated Closing Date 29 APRIL 2016- 3:00 PM EST THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER CONTRACT N00164-15-C-GS41. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for spare cabinet unit consisting of three (3) modules in one (1) bay upright cabinet for the Low Voltage, High Current, Regenerative Battery Test Systems procured under N00164-15-C-GS41. This requirement will be a sole source procurement to NH Research, 16601Hale Ave, Irvine, CA 92606-5025 in accordance with ale 10 USC 2304(c)(1) FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source. The bases for restricting competition are proprietary design and control capability, duplication of cost and delay in schedule. Delivery will be FOB destination NSWC Crane, IN with inspection and acceptance at destination and the contract will be firm fixed price. No solicitation will be posted but all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency to the Point of Contract (POC). This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract action based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. The Contractor must be properly registered in the Government System for Award Management (SAM) to receive an award. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov/.
