- ***************************** OPM intends to host a pre-proposal conference on April 7, 2016 at the OPM facility located at 1137 Branchton Road Boyers, PA 16018 Prospective offerors that wish to attend must call April Vogel at (724) 794-5612 extension 5041 no fewer than three days in advance. Attendees planning to reserve seating for facility access after the cutoff date should not expect admittance. As part of the reservation process the rules and regulations for entry to the facility will be provided via email to all attendees. Based on the number of respondents OPM reserves the right to limit the maximum number of attendees per Pre-Proposal Conference is three (3) attendees per Company. This decision will be made after the number of offerors and total requested attendees is received by OPM.
