- This is not a solicitation. A solicitation will be issued at a later date. This construction contract will be procured through an RFP process; set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) competition. The project includes providing materials, equipment, and labor required for the construction of Parking Package B. This work includes grading (finish grade only in the parking lots and to subgrade in areas not paved); storm sewers and structures that serve parking lot; concrete curb and gutter; asphalt paving; concrete paving; parking lot light conduits and sleeving ; conduits and sleeving for emergency phones and security cameras; sleeving for irrigation systems; installation and maintenance of erosion control and SWPPP; adjustment of utility manholes, valves, and vaults as necessary; and incidental related work as shown in the plans. The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The RFP is anticipated to be issued on or about April 28, 2016. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is 237310. The Product Service Code is Y1LB. The Small Business Size Standard is $36.5 Million.
