- Sole Source SOW U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award to ADS Systems LLC in Kenner, Louisiana for a base year, with 4 option years that the Government reserves the right to exercise, for Security System Maintenance. Due to the complexity of the Systems and Software integration as well as to insuring that the systems within our facility also will work with other Customs and federal offices utilizing the PIV card for facility access. ADS Systems, LLC should be awarded this sole source contract. ADS systems will be able to provide qualified technicians to insure continuity of the technical service for maintaining the PIV card system for the Customs sites within our area. ADS Systems currently maintains the Security Systems in the Customs and Border Protection Facility located in New Orleans. The New Orleans Customs House. ADS's technicians and service has been proven reliable for maintaining PIV card access as well as being able to maintain all of the security systems required of our facility. Period of performance: Base Year - April 1, 2016 through March 31, 2017 Option Year 1 - April 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018 Option Year 2 - April 1, 2018 through March 31, 2019 Option Year 3 - April 1, 2019 through March 31, 2020 Option Year 4 - April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021 If any contractors feel they can meet the requirements please contact the contracting officer by email at Michael.A.Hall@dhs.gov by the response date and time listed with this notice.
