- The Forest Service anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) commercial items contract with a base and three option years for road maintenance on the Custer Gallatin National Forest with the office located in Billings, Montana and with work occurring on the following districts: Sioux, Ashland, Beartooth, Bozeman/Hebgen and Yellowstone/Gardiner Ranger Districts. This procurement is being set-aside 100% for small business. Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies and incidentals necessary to perform road maintenance on roads specified in the task orders. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 115310, support activities for forestry and the small business size standard is $7.5 million, set-aside 100% for small business. The solicitation package will be available approximately on April 13, 2016 and should be downloaded from this website at that time. No hard copies will be mailed out. The base year is estimated to begin at contract award through March 31, 2017 with three option years.
