Seaspine 2 Goodyear Street A Irvine, CA 92618 Products: 1 Acell EVO 3c DBM Putty 5cc, p/n 02-6000-050, 1ea DBM Putty EVO 3cc, 10ml, p/n 02-6000-100, 1 ea. These products were chosen because in the surgeon's opinion, it meets specific needs and requirement of the patient's condition and will provide the desired surgical outcome. This is a specific product that is requested by the surgeons. These products are considered all or none and in the best interest of the patient. No telephonic request will be honored or returned. This is not a request for quotes; however, if your company has information or products for future surgeries, please send your capabilities statement for review.
