- SHIP & BASE ACCESS (APR 2013) 252.232-7006 WIDE AREA WORKFLOW PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS (MAY 2013) Price Breakdown_KAISER_Hull-Gauging_DRAFT KAISER_WI 102 - Ballast Tank Gauging (VRR15-036)_DRAFT Military Sealift Command Ship Support Unit San Diego (MSC SSU SD) is conducting market research to identify potential sources who possess an ABS approved ESP Hull Gauging Certification. A "DRAFT" copy of the Statement of Work (SOW) is attached, as well as a pricing sheet that contains the equipment that's required to be purchased. Key items pertaining to this procurement are noted below: 1. Successful offeror will be responsible for providing ALL personnel required to complete the hull gauging requirement. Ship's Force personnel will not be available to assist. 2. Successful offeror will be responsible for gaining access to ship and base in accordance with the attached guidance. Ship's Force personnel will not be available to assist. 3. Period of Performance / Ship Availability: 2 - 15 May 2016 4. Performance Location: Naval Base Pearl Harbor (Exact Pier TBD). 5. Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) will be utilized for invoicing and payment. (See attached). Interested parties are requested to contact the Contracting Officer via email and provide the following information:. Copy of ESP Hull Gauging Certification (to include expiration date of said certification). CAGE Code. DUNS Number. SAM.GOV registration status (REQUIRED FOR AWARD). Business Size under NAICS Code 541380. Government references & POC information for work performed under said ABS certification..
