- This solicitation will result in a Definite Quantity Contract / Firm Fixed Price for the quantity of Wall Colmony, 28063, P/N 8140-1; TAT Technologies LTD., S4883, P/N 8140-1. This item has an AMC/AMSC of 1R. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. Any manufacturer other than those listed above wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.aviation.dla.mil/userweb/sbo/Source%20Approval%20Requests.docx. This procurement is a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-A-Side, utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. This is a Critical Application Item. This item is subject to Configuration Control. The following terms apply, FOB: Destination, Inspection / Acceptance: Origin. Delivery for this procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Production delivery is 292 Days After Receipt of Order (DARO). A Government First Article Test (FAT) is required for this procurement. The following terms apply, FOB: Destination, Inspection: Origin, Acceptance: Destination. Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price, Past Performance and Delivery will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be 2 April 2016 with a closing date of 1 May 2016.
