- Updated Attachment J5 - DD254 to reduce the level of safeguarding from Top Secret to Secret The purpose of this amendment is to correct a generation error which inadvertently left out or mixed up option SLINs; correct the spelling on SLIN 3010AC / 4010AG; moved and updated the key labor categories clarification from each position and within Section L to a stand-alone paragraph within Section C - 9.1.3 Key Labor Category Breakouts; Updated Attachment J5 - DD254 to reduce the level of safeguarding from Top Secret to Secret; and updated Table 1 as a result of Section C - Paragraph 9.1.3. Proposal extension has been granted. Proposal due date is 18 April 2016, 2:00 PM EST. As a result of Amendment 0002 - proposal extension has been granted. All proposals are due by 2:00 PM EST, 18 April 2016.
