Support services for this contract include the management of documents, records, and dockets, records distribution, records disposition, and supporting the EPA in responding to Freedom of Information Act requests. This procurement is limited to qualified/eligible 8(a) firms located nationwide with the assigned North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 519120 with a small business size standard of $15,000,000. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. This is not a request for submission of proposals.
