- J.3 Wage Determination J.2 NRC SF 187 Body of Solicitation Attachment B SF 33 Attachment C Attachment A Solicitation : Cafeteria and Coffee Kiosk Services for the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Headquarters Complex NAICS: 722310 Type of competition: Full and open competition The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) requires comprehensive food, beverage and catering services from a qualified food service Contractor to operate the NRC's headquarters complex cafeteria and coffee kiosk at no cost to the Government, as well as on-site catering services on an as-needed basis. An optional site visit : Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. The Site Visit shall be 04/13/2016 at 3:00pm EST. Please plan to arrive at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, 11555 Rockville Pike, Rockville MD 20852, by 2:30pm in order to check through security. If you plan on attending the site visit please email Daniel App at Daniel.App@nrc.gov before noon on 04/12/2016 with: Full name of people attending (Maximum number 2 people per company) The make, model and license plate of your car in order to obtain parking on the NRC campus.
