- This notice is being updated to announce the Release of the Request for Proposals (RFP) package for this Procurement that has been set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Please note that the Request for Proposal (RFP) package will NOT be posted to this website. Instead it shall be mailed out ONLY to those firms that submit a written letter of interest to the Contracting Officer, who have an active profile in the System for Award Management (SAM), and are certified as a SDVOSB. This measure shall be taken in an effort to protect any Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) data contained within the proposed contract's SOW, Specifications, and Drawings. There will be a pre-proposal meeting on March 15, 2016, at the FHFB in Richmond, CA. Due to access restrictions at the FHFB, attendance shall be limited to ONLY those firms that RSVP in advance to the Contracting Officer. The date, time, and exact location along with instructions for making an RSVP are be included in the RFP package.
