- Attachment 2 Pricing Worksheet Attachment 1 Requirements Request for Quotes RFQ The U.S Coast Guard Acquisition Directorate anticipates on awarding a Firm Fixed-Price Requirements contract for one (1) base period and four (4) option periods to procure up to sixteen thousand (16,000) Personal Locator Beacons (PLB's) in accordance with the Requirements - Attachment 1. The contract will be issued to one (1) Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Request for Quotations number HSCG23-16-Q-MNQ027 is issued with the attached enclosures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. This Request for Quotation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 05-86-2. The contractor shall perform all functions necessary to provide the commercial item described herein. Each deliverable shall be provided as per the scope of CLINS and in accordance with the Requirements referred to as (Attachment 1) and will be incorporated into the contract upon reward. Manufacturing shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes and directives. Contractors shall use the Pricing Spreadsheet (Attachment 2). This solicitation is being issued under NAICS Code 334511 as a total small business set aside. Please reference attachments one (1) and two (2) for additional information.
