- The Huntington District, US Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting quotes for a proposed Single Award, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Water Safety Promotional Items for Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. Geographical boundaries for the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division include Buffalo, Chicago, Detroit, Huntington, Louisville, Nashville and Pittsburgh Districts. This procurement will be set-aside 100% for Small Business. This procurement is for a base period of one year and four additional one year option periods. The not-to-exceed amount of this IDIQ contract is $450,000.00. The contract will require the contractor to be capable of providing water safety promotional items imprinted with Corps logos and deliver to various locations within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division. Items will be ordered by issuance of individual delivery orders. The NAICS code for this procurement is 339930, which has a size standard of 500 employees. Award will be made as a whole to the lowest priced responsible and responsive quote. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 2 March2016. Solicitation packages will be available for download at https://www.fbo.gov/. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation.
