Description

Sole Source J&A. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT. A SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE REQUESTED. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals. The Federal Emergency Management Agency intends to award a contract on a noncompetitive sole source basis to its building owner/Lessor, NGP V Denton TX LLC., to reimburse the building owner/Lessor for HVAC and janitorial overtime charges in accordance with the terms and conditions as stated in the lease agreement between the General Services Administration and NGP V Denton TX LLC. Period of Performance 03/01/2016 - 02/28/2021 Contract Total: $300,000.00 DUNS: 967645826 Vendor: NGP V Denton TX LLC 1650 Tysons Blvd, Suite 200 McLean, VA 22102 A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, in writing via email, NLT Feb 28, 2016. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill the requirement. A copy of the full requirement is available upon email request only.
