- Please see attached Attachment 1 Statement of Work. Please see attached Request for Quote Canopy Top Replacements. This is a requirement for Canopy Top Replacements as indicate below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is # F2MTBG6011AW02 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attachment for the RFQ. This purchase is Small Business Setaside.
