- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912HZ-16-T-6022 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with the intent to award as a commercial purchase. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84. This procurement is unrestricted under NAICS Code 811219 with a size standard of $20,500,000.00. The ERDC requires Agilent High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) maintenance services as described in the document entitled "Performance Work Statement". Please see attached documents entitled: "Performance Work Statement" "Brand Name Determination" "Bid Schedule" Offerors are required to submit Technical Data on the items quoted. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. FAR Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Award shall be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of offers that meet or exceed the acceptability standards for non-price factors. Offerors must include either a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items OR a copy of their ORCA with this offer. The Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions, applies to this acquisition. The Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
