- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation F16PS00191 issued by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Bloomington, MN. This procurement action is a small business set aside and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP) and incorporated provisions and clauses that are in effect through FAC2005-85. The anticipated award will be an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Rental Equipment with Operator services for brush grinding projects. The location of the work will be within the St. Croix Wetland Management District, located in four counties in west central Wisconsin. The counties include Polk, St. Croix, Dunn, and Juneau. The brush grinding Projects will be located on waterfowl production areas and private lands sites in St. Croix, Dunn, Juneau and Polk Counties. The work consists of mechanical grinding of stump, brush, and logging slash. The term of the contract will be for a base year and three option years. The maximum dollar amount for the total performance period of the contract shall not exceed $240,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238910 with a small business size standard of 15.0.
