- The United States Army Contracting Command- Warren (ACC-WRN) has an URGENT requirement to purchase the following non-commercial items. Items: 464 EA Mine Roller systems, 500 EA Interface Brackets, 1EA spare parts package covering 2 years, commercial manuals, and contractor provided Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) operator and maintenance training. The Request for Proposal (RFP), W56HZV-16-R-0051 will be released on or around March 14, 2016. This RFP will be solicited as an URGENT requirement, one-time buy with no option periods on a Full and Open competitive basis. The requirement specifications and contractor spare parts list will be included in the solicitation.
