- S5121A-16-T-0004 Amend 1 The Defense Contract Management Agency intends to solicit and procure conference space, to include meals and lodging for 200 personnel. The conference is to be held on 16-19 May 2016 or 6-9 June 2016. Please note, the offer shall only quote for the dates of 16-19 May 2016 and/or 6-9 June 2016 all other dates will be determined to be unacceptable. Please see the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) for additional details. Question in response to this solicitation are due no later than February 24, 2016 at 12:00PM (noon). Questions must be sent via email to Michael M. Toter at michael.toter@dcma.mil. In submission of your quote please submit your pricing in accordance with the CLIN structure of the attached RFQ. **Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the submission deadline to February 29, 2016 at 12:00PM. Additionally, the following has been added to 52.212-2 ADDENDUM. "As part of the evaluation process, any offer received in response to the solicitation is to have their quoted facility undergo a Vulnerability Assessment by DCMA's Security and Counterintelligence Directorate in accordance with DODI 2000.16. If your facility is given a rating other than "Low" your quote may not be considered for award." Please see attachment, S5121A-16-T-0004 Amen 1 for additional details.
