Solicitation Number: SPRRA1-11-R-0143 Set Aside Code: N/A Response Date: (MM) (DD) (YYYY) 15 days Description: No telephone requests will be accepted. For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name and Cage Code and a telephone/facsimile number. PRON: AX6C0224AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a three-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 200 each up to 550 each maximum of a WHEEL, LANDING GEAR, NSN: 1630-01-290-3442, Part Number: 9543362-2 applicable to the CH-47 CHINOOK weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 550 each, 214 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TRACY, CA 95304-5000. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 200 each, 2nd Year, 150 each, 3rd Year, 200 each. This item is restricted to MEGGITT AIRCRAFT BRAKING, CAGE CODE: 0B9R9 and NATIONAL MACHING CO DBA NMG AEROSPACE, CAGE CODE: 6L817. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
