The Government proposes to acquire on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 11 each up to 100 each maximum of a SHIPPING AND STORAGE, NSN: 8145-01-469-0956, Part Number: 9839701 applicable to the BL CH-47 CHINOOK weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 1 each, 192 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5255. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 11 each, 2nd Year, 20 each, 3rd Year, 20 each, 4th Year, 20 and 5th Year, 19. This item is restricted to GARRETT, CONTAINER SYSTEMS, INC, CAGE CODE: 0SWN5. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
