- Attachment Attachment Attachment This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-16-Q-0033 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-86-2 dated 2 February 2016..This requirement is being solicited as 100% set aside Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238290 Other Building Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $15M. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation. The following is a descriptions and the list of items requested under this RFQ: Work covered by this contract shall consist of Perform a Service Call Inspection to determine repairs required for returning the elevator to service; and Perform necessary repairs based on the Service Call Inspection.
