- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted. This is a multiple (2) National Stock Numbers (NSNs) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4- 1 year option years. The parts being procured are (1) NSN 1680-01-274-5467 for a GLIDE, TRAY; P/N 0001-84-0039, for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 212 and the required delivery schedule is 109 days; FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. (2) NSN 1680-01-275-4651 for a SHROUD, ARMREST; P/N 0001-84-0045-1 for an Estimated Annual Quantity of 143; the required delivery schedule is 176 days; FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Both NSNs are listed under ETI TECH, INC.; CAGE: 07YQ3; Surge and Sustainment is not required. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is March 15, 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
