- **The Purpose of this Amendment is to adjust sections ix and xv.** ix has been changed from stating that the Government intends to award to the lowest price technically acceptable, and now matches attachment 1 in stating the following: (ix) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items Evaluation. The Government anticipates awarding a contract to the offeror whose proposal provides the best value to the Government, price and other factors considered, and award may be made to other than the lowest priced proposal. The Government will evaluate proposals based on the following factors: (1) Technical A. Lesson Plan (2) Price (3) Past Performance xv has been adjusted to match the quote submittal dates found within the attachments. The date now reflects a quote submission date of 10 February 2016 as seen below: (xv) Response to this combined synopsis/solicitation must be received via email, fax, mail, or delivery by 10 February 2016 no later than 4:00 PM EST. Quotes should be marked with solicitation number F1MTCC6011AW01 All other sections have remained unchanged.
