- Description
- This is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed price task orders containing reimbursable elements. The Government contemplates awarding one (1) contract, which will include "tasks/training sessions" for the Department of State. Task orders under this contract shall be issued on a per job basis in accordance with FAR Part 16.505. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide the tasked services, unless otherwise agreed upon. The period of performance is one (1) year as of the date of award for the basic contract, with four (4) one year options to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. This request for proposal is for Full and Open Competition. This Solicitation is amended to extend the proposal due date from February 29, 2016 to March 15, 2016. Time and location will remain the same.
