Description
Draft PWS for OC-ALC TRAINING SERVICES AND SUPPORT *****PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE***** ***THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE.*** The Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex (OC-ALC) currently has approximately 10,000 employees. The systems classes are to be provided to DoD personnel at Tinker AFB. Systems Training falls into the following categories for training: mandatory, initial, reoccurring, job specific, on-the-job and professional enhancement. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and other incidentals to provide systems training and systems training-related support in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS). Materials shall include all printed instructor material, student handbooks, workbooks, handouts, end of course critiques, and any material required for development efforts. This training support shall include courseware development of new courseware as well as revisions/updates of existent courseware, and on-the-job-training. ***SEE ATTACHED DRAFT PWS FOR REQUIREMENT DETAILS*** ***ACQUISITION STRATEGY DETAILS*** The Government intends to award a single requirements type contract for this effort. The acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside (SBSA) with no evaluated preferences. It will be conducted as a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection as implemented by FAR 13.5. The requirement will be for a Basic period of performance (POP) of one (1) year, with four (4) one (1) year option periods. ____________________________________________________________________ CLIN DETAILS SUPPLIES/SERVICES QUANTITY UNIT UNIT PRICE 0001 Training Services 1 Lot FFP NON-PERSONAL SERVICES BASIC Year The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and other incidentals to provide systems training and systems training-related support for OC-ALC/OBT in accordance with this PWS at Tinker AFB, or other arranged facilities when facilities are not available at TAFB. The contractor shall provide classroom based training for the courses listed in Table 1.1 of the PWS. Pricing is for OC-ALC/OBH Training Services IAW PWS paragraphs 1.2.1 through 1.2.1.11. Proposed prices will be per individual class event. Total proposed price for each course will be calculated by multiplying the individual proposed class price by the Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) of classes per course. Pricing for each course shall be submitted in Attachment 1 - Class Price List. Period of Performance: 12 Months CONTRACTOR IS SAM REGISTERED. FOB: Destination ITEM NO SUPPLIES/SERVICES QUANTITY UNIT UNIT PRICE 0002 Courseware Support 1 Lot FFP NON-PERSONAL SERVICES BASIC Year The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, and other incidentals to develop, review, and revise courseware in accordance with PWS paragraphs 1.2.2 through 1.2.2.4.6. Courseware development, review, and revision will not be limited to the courses listed in Table 1.1 of the PWS. In the event that travel is required a Firm Fixed Price SUB CLIN will be established for each travel event. In Accordance with paragraph 1.11, travel will be performed in Accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) with reimbursement to the contractor at the rates approved by the JTR. In the event that travel is required, travel requests shall be pre-approved by the Contracting Officer at least two weeks prior to the start date of the travel. **CLIN STRUCTURE FOR OPTION PERIODS WILL BE IDENTICAL TO BASIC**
