- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS and IMF), is soliciting on an un-restricted basis for a firm fixed price service-type contract to provide Applied Health Physics training for 5 people. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 03 February 2016 with a closing date on or about 16 February 2016. Anticipated period of performance is 29 February 2016 thru 01 April 2016. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes through the NECO website is not available at this time. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website: www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the NECO website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Offerors must also be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) in order to participate in this procurement at http://www.sam.gov.
