- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT for Solicitation HSSS01-16-Q-0078 for a sole source procurement. The Government intends to negotiate a commercial T&M purchase order with AT&T for three land line phone accounts for a field office. This requirement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 517911. ** PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. However, interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements may submit in writing information describing their ability to provide the services as detailed above. Responses may only be sent via e-mail to cheryl.bernhard@usss.dhs.gov. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Submission of information does not guarantee this requirement to become a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to not open the requirement to full and open competition, based on response to this notice, is soley within the discretion of the Government. All submissions shall be submitted to the Government by no later than 04 February 2016, 0900 EST. After which time, a Sole Source contract with AT&T is intended to be issued. Late submissions of interest will not bet considered for this procurement, but may be considered for future procurements.
