- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice. This requirement will be 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. However, the Government reserves the right to consider only offers from small business concerns, if it receives at least two offers from responsible small concerns, and an award can be made at a fair market price. If the Government does not receive at least two responsible small business offers, the Government will withdraw the small business restriction in accordance with FAR 19.506 and shall consider all offers. NOTE: All offerors, both large and small business concerns, are required to submit proposals at the close of this solicitation in order to be considered during any time of this process. The Government expects to post the RFP on or about 18 March 2016.
