- Western Area Power Administration has a Brand Name Only requirement for Enersys Brand Products only, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(c). See attached Brand Name Justification for details. This solicitation is 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Code is 335911 and the size standard is 500 employees or less. Delivery is FOB Destination to Bismarck, ND.
