- The NAICS Code is 332994. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00174-12-G-0001, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Armaments System Division, Louisville, KY 40124-2683.The contractor shall provide all necessary material and services required to manufacture, assemble, inspect, preserve, package, and ship the following items: Item 1) MK38 MOD 2 Coax ORDALT Kit Drawing Number EC0R-0105, Item 2) MK 52 MOD 0 7.62mm Automatic Gun PN 762-3000, Item 3) Coax Gun Control Unit PN 762-4002-1, Item 4) Control Unit PN TYUW41000A, and Item 5) ITL Laser Rangefinders (LRFs) PN S51L5000A29 in accordance with TI 0001-0001-15. BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., ASD, is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame.
