- Scope of Work Solicitation Procurement is for the labor, material and equipment required for a thorough process review of the Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWTP), focusing on the existing SO2 system for Hexavalent Chromium Reduction. The IWTP is Building 36 at the Watervliet Arsenal. Project work also involves the inspection, testing and reporting of the mechanical integrity of all process equipment per Scope of Work. Individual Site Visits will be held with preferred e-mail request to the primary point of contact. Procurement is 100% Small Business Set Aside. CAUTION: This solicitation is issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
