Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, on behalf of the St. Louis, MO VA Medical Center, St. Louis, MO, anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price Service contract for the furnishing of dental prostheses for the John Cochran Division, 915 North Grand Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63106-1621 and the Jefferson Barracks Division, 1 Jefferson Barracks Dr., St. Louis, MO 63125-4199. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 19.5 - Set-Asides for Small Business. Please see the attached solicitation VA255-16-Q-0168 for additional information regarding this requirement. It is anticipated that the contract will be for a one (1) year period. Award will be by Best Value, considering price, technical capabilities and past performance. Please see the attached solicitation for a Statement of Work (SOW), terms and conditions. Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the solicitation section E.1 - INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUATATION SUBMISSIONS. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 339116. The SBA size standard for NAICS 339116 is 500 Employees. All information for this solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential bidders MUST register at FedBizOpps www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the solicitation package, addenda and any other pertinent information. Estimated issue of the RFQ is approximately February 16, 2016.
