- AMENDMENT A002 The purpose of this amendment is to do the following; 1) Modify Section H.7.1 – Basic Training The wording in the first paragraph of this section has been changed to read as follows; H.7.1 Basic Training The training requirements listed below apply to all employees assigned to a position listed in Section J, Exhibit A. Before assigning an employee, the Contractor shall have the employee satisfactorily complete a program of basic training approved by the COR. All guards identified in Exhibit A as well as the Project Manager shall complete training on first aid and shall be certified in CPR on a yearly basis. This program shall be a minimum of 80 hours basic training that includes the activities listed below. Firearms training is NOT required as part of this requirement. This Basic Training requirement DOES apply to incumbents hired under right of first refusal; the Contractor shall have 6 months from Notice to Proceed to complete the Basic Training. All costs of basic training, including labor, are the responsibility of the Contractor.
