- DOL-MSH-16-R-00003 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 in combination with FAR Subpart 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is DOL-MSH-16-R-00003 and it is issued as a Request for Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR FAC 2005-83 November 1, 2015. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210, Facilities Support Services. This requirement is a total small business set aside with a small business size standard of $38.5 million. Only qualified Offerors will be considered. Contract line items are outlined within the attached document labeled DOL-MSH-16-R-00003 Period of Performance: The base period of performance will be 04/01/2016 - 03/31/2017 with four option years defined in the CLINs. Offerors must be fully registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Quotes must be received by Brandi Brinson, Contract Specialist, no later than 5:00 PM (EST) on 02/15/2016. Quotes will be accepted by e-mail at Brinson.brandi@dol.gov. Electronic quotes must be submitted in a format compatible with Microsoft Office or Adobe. Quotes must be valid for a period of 90 days and include enough information for the Government to make a determination that the Contractor can responsibly deliver the required products and services. All questions on this requirement must be submitted in writing via e-mail to the Contract Specialist by 2/8/2016 12:00 pm (EST). Any questions for which answers can be provided may be conveyed to prospective Offerors by amendment to this RFQ on or around 2/9/2016, without reference as to the originating source. Phone calls will not be accepted.
